Picture this scenario: In the future stategy for an airline, they decide to invest in technology, say the installation of TV units (or anything, what can and over) on the back of each seat, or a joint venture with a famous airline Singapore Airlines say where bothairlines could work together and develop new technologies, new machines, better service? Would this new strategy would be useful in the external environment competitive? (that is, what customers ask what competitors do, trends in the business environment)

I think yes, because I have spoken with many people who only fly on JetBlue aircraft for the exact reasons that you speak; multimedia systems that they maintained during the long, boring flights. Sure, it costs an airline to make money, but when you consider that some passengers to fly with your airline, used exclusively for the reason that such systems offer, then this would be a good investment. It would not be the development of this technology with an airline such as Singapore, because there are many different components manufacturers and suppliers who are already your airline with such technology. In other words, there are other companies that you can buy this stuff, from the shelf, for every passenger seats. None of this is new, and these are standard options from both Boeing, Airbus, various aircraft interior refurbishers, corporate aircraft manufacturers, etc.

What is The Future of Portable Media Technology?

I am considering the purchase of a portable Sansa MP3 players, especially, I can use Real’s Rhapsody on the road. But I was curious whether there will be a new “breakthroughs” in portable media technology soon (in addition to larger space). If so, I would keep from buying and wait until the new technology.

The only known impending change is the iPhone. Although there are several phones, MP3 capability them in full, I have yet to hear that plays music and a special player. The iPhone is essentially the biggest nano with a mobile phone built around so that the sound quality should be significantly improved (provided, of course, will not insist on the use of the appalling record of the ear). Of course, this is still assuming that you actually want a device to serve double duty.

Other than that the only sure bets right now are smaller and larger capacity. Anything else would be either speculation or injury probably by someone of non-disclosure agreement.

How can technology be used to simplify the control of homes of the future?

technology
What kind of technology would make your life easier, how would you like to see, enjoy, etc.?

I have 2 answers here:
1.Technology developed by engineers, particularly computer engineers, can be used to control certain aspects of a house that might our lives easier. For example, I read about a Ph.D. Research Project, where a student wired his house to his computer, and he could do around the house, only to do things with the click of a button (turn devices on and off, open doors, etc.). This type of technology could simplify our lives, or just make us lazy I guess! It would be nice if right!
I personally think it would be nice if people could monitor their homes while they were away, with cameras inside and outside. It would also be nice if people could open windows or turn up the heat or air conditioning in their way home from work. There are so many possibilities! Best wishes!

2.Nowadays people want to simplify things, easy to use and the “press of a button.
This could be referred to as “automatic”. And Automation is a hot topic of research in this period.
Controlling home security system such as doors windows, etc., so that a applicane disable / automatically as if the time is 8.00 clock room heating is turned on and it switches to clock 11.00. And that could be ur use of mobile phone.Suppose you leave your home in a hurry and then do not forget, whether you are in the electric oven or not, it can be in ur with GPRS mobile phone or the Internet or even SMS.
There is a hell lotta things we can do with technology, but basically software part is what we need to play a greater role.

How do you think digital technology will impact Healthcare or human services in the next ten years? What new technical devices could be developed? In what way are new technologies impact the daily operations of Health Care and Human Services?

Right now, the United States and Canada are seriously investigate converting all patient health information from paper to digital records storage and delivery via the Internet. This would have an enormous impact on reducing health care costs and save lives. Click on the link below for more information source.

I need examples of the technology and perhaps also provides links to Web sites. Thank you.

Technology from a massive difference - New materials would be a key avenue to explore - all of synthetic fibres, began to available.nylon, acrylic and polyester would be key examples

The increase in manufacturing technology lead to more mass-produced, from the clothes rod, as opposed to individual adjustment.

Is there a difference between Tempurpedic and other memory foam technology?

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008
Although our Tempurpedic mattress was great for the last 20 years. it is time for a new bed. This is easier said than done, because not only is there an entirely new approach bed in the Sleep Number system, but it seems that all mattress companies have with their own brand or version of Tempurpedic technology still costs thousands less.
